Hi there — we’re a small family business making slow-churned ice cream in the middle of Snowdonia, using proper ingredients, local Welsh milk, and a lot of care. We started Aran Hufen Ia when life needed a change — and what began as an idea has turned into something really special.

Our ice cream is made from scratch, in small batches, with flavours that taste like they’ve been thought about. Our honeycomb’s a favourite — we make it ourselves, the old-fashioned way.
